Summary

You can search and browse without an account. We collect only what we need to route a catering inquiry and to run the Service, and we never sell personal information.

What we collect

• Catering inquiries: your name, email, optional phone, event date, guest count, ZIP and message. These are sent to the caterer you chose.
• Usage events: pages viewed, searches, and clicks such as "call" or "website", tied to a random session ID that expires when you close the tab. We do not store your IP address with these events.
• Location: only if you tap "use my location"; it is used for that search and not stored.
• Caterer accounts: name, email, business details and verification records.
• Payments by caterers are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To deliver inquiries to caterers, show caterers aggregate performance of their listing, keep the Service secure and prevent spam, and improve search. Marketing emails are sent only if you separately opt in.

Sharing

Your inquiry goes to the caterer you selected. We use service providers (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, spam protection) under contract. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for 18 months and then deleted. Raw usage events are kept for 13 months; aggregated statistics may be kept longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [contact email]. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California) have additional rights, which we honor. [Counsel to add state-specific disclosures.]
