Listings

Basic listings are free. Every legitimate Indian catering business that meets our eligibility rules may be listed, including restaurants, catering companies, commissary and ghost kitchens, and banquet caterers.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your Capability Passport, including service styles, guest capacity, service area, prices, dietary claims (such as Jain or halal) and operations. Keep it current; profiles that are not reconfirmed may show a freshness warning and rank lower.

Verification

We verify control of a listing through your website email domain, a code to the phone number already on the listing, or a document review. Verification is never sold and can be removed if contact details change or a dispute arises.

Paid plans

• Premium is $35 per location per month and Featured is $50 per location per month, billed monthly in advance by Klyvora Media LLC through Stripe until cancelled.
• Plans renew automatically each month. Cancel anytime in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved after a grace period, the listing returns to Basic. Paid-only content is hidden, not deleted.
• Featured placement is advertising. It appears only where your listing qualifies for the search, is labeled "Featured", rotates fairly among eligible subscribers, and does not change organic ranking.
• Applicable sales tax may be added. [Accountant to confirm treatment by state.]

Content you upload

Upload only photos, menus and videos you own or are licensed to use. You grant us a license to display them on the Service. We may remove content that is inaccurate, infringing or inappropriate.

Leads

Inquiries are sent to you for the purpose of responding to that customer. Do not add customers to marketing lists without their consent, and comply with CAN-SPAM and TCPA rules.
