Who we are

Indian Catering USA (the "Service") is a discovery directory for Indian catering in the United States, operated by Klyvora Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 ("we", "us"). Indian Catering USA is the product brand.

What the Service is, and is not

The Service helps you find caterers and contact them directly. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a caterer. We do not prepare food, take bookings, collect event payments or guarantee availability, quality, food safety or performance.

Information on listings comes from the businesses themselves or from their public sources. Capabilities marked "Not confirmed" have not been confirmed by the business. Always confirm menu, price, dietary and allergy requirements, licenses and insurance directly with the caterer before booking.

Labels we use

• "Business Verified" means we confirmed that the person managing the listing controls the business. It is not an inspection of food, hygiene, licenses, insurance or service quality.
• "Self-declared" means the caterer states it and we have not reviewed evidence.
• "Featured" means paid placement. Featured caterers appear only in searches they qualify for and do not change organic ranking.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk copying of listings, no automated inquiries, no false or abusive messages to caterers, and no attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Content and corrections

If information about a business is wrong, or you hold rights in content shown on the Service, use our Corrections and Takedown page and we will review it promptly.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any dealings between you and a caterer, or for indirect or consequential damages. [Counsel to finalize limitation language and governing law.]
